Today is the day we have been waiting for for five very long weeks, I hope. We are going to the doctor at 2:30 for an appointment where we may (or may not) get the cast off. At our last visit the doctor and the cast tech both thought we had a good shot at getting it off at our next visit, which is today. I think I want the cast off more then anyone, maybe even more then Liam. This has been a frustrating yet bonding experience for us as a family. One good thing that has come out of this is I think Matt and I have both learned how to be more patient as parents, which is always a good thing. But I am ready for this lesson to be over, please be over today!! I will let you know what happens so check back at the end of day.
