One of the best things about living in Farmers Branch is the Christmas holiday. This city really knows how to celebrate! They have a drive through Christmas light park run by the city as well as a Christmas party at the city rec center. But the best thing is a huge Christmas light display that a Farmers Branch homeowner does every year. He has a train ride for the kids, Santa in a full size sleigh for the kids to see and thousands and thousands of lights all set to music. He has even gotten several neighbors to be involved with lights displayed in their yards. On Saturday he hosted a huge holiday party complete with a band, local dance troupe and an appearance by the largest fire truck that Farmers Branch has. It was a blast and Liam had so much fun that he would have stayed there all night if we had let him. If you live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area I strongly suggest you check it out.
Oh and last year he was one of the top five private Christmas light displays in the country featured on the Weather Channel.
